Where We Ship
KickFlip Creations ships nationwide across Canada, and we also ship to the Continental United States. Sorry, NO Alaska or Hawaii.
We endeavour to deliver your product within 2-3 weeks. If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless your product was damaged when it was received by you.
If your product was damaged when it arrived, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 10 days of receipt, include photos of the damaged item plus photos of the damaged packaging and let us know if you would like a replacement or full refund. We will respond to you within 3 days.
**In most situations there will be no need to return the damaged item to us.
